PFCU Credit Union Honors Veterans with Employee Thank You Card Initiative

Local credit union employees write heartfelt cards to express gratitude to veterans on Veterans Day

In a heartfelt display of appreciation, employees of PFCU Credit Union have come together this Veterans Day to recognize the courage and sacrifices of our nation’s veterans by writing thank you cards to those who have served. This initiative is part of the credit unions’ ongoing commitment to support veterans and foster community spirit.

Throughout the month leading up to Veterans Day, PFCU Credit Union employees across 13 locations took the time to handwrite over 100 personal messages to veterans, expressing their gratitude for the dedication, bravery and service of these men and women. The cards are being distributed to local veterans’ organizations ensuring that each message of thanks reaches those who have given so much to protect our freedoms.

‘The PFCU team was excited to contribute to this project,’ said Danielle Jorae of PFCU Credit Union who spearheaded this initiative. ‘Writing these thank you cards allowed us to take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices veterans have made for us and it is a privilege to be able to give something back, even in a small way.’

PFCU Credit Union extends its gratitude to all veterans for their selflessness, courage and dedication to our nation. On this Veterans Day, we honor their service and strive to be a source of support and recognition for the sacrifices they have made.
