Hurley Medical Center Welcomes 19 Newborns in Just 38 Hours
Flint, MI — August 26, 2025 – Hurley Medical Center recently experienced a busy couple of days last week, welcoming 19 babies into the world within a 38-hour period—including two sets of twins! 12 of the babies were born in a 10-hour period. Of the newborns delivered, 10 were girls and 9 were boys, each one a joyful reminder of life’s most precious moments.
Heather Rayburn, Administrator for Women's & Children's Services at Hurley, shared: "We recently experienced an extraordinary event that truly put our training and systems to the test.
