About Us

At U Empower – Foundation of Youth, we believe every child deserves a safe space to grow, dream, and thrive. Our Y.E.S. (Youth Empowered Smarter) Center in Fenton, MI is more than a building — it’s a lifeline for children who are economically disadvantaged, have special needs, or simply need a place to feel seen and supported.

We offer 15 youth programs spanning literacy, STEM, arts, music, mental health, physical fitness, and life skills — all designed to nurture the whole child. These programs are trauma-informed, inclusive, and hands-on, helping kids build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. We are
