5-7 min. warm up
40-45 min. stretching and flexibility
10-13 min. relaxation and mediation

We do stretching and flexibility movements to enhance the body while mediating on the Word of God.  Many people have been healed of lower back pain, fibromilegia, arthritis, and much more.  Come join us for a time of praising the Lord and while moving our body. 

Please bring a mat, towel and dress in layers.
