Joint Chamber Tailgate at the Ally Challenge
- Schedule/Timing for Friday, August 28
- Folds of Honor Friday – we encourage all attendees to wear their red, white & blue!
- Gates open at 9 AM
- Opening Ceremony at 10:45 AM on Hole 10 Tee
- Chamber access to Event Tent starts at 10 AM
- Chamber attendees will receive a wristband with two (2) drink tickets attached. The bar will be open from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Attendees can use their tickets at any time throughout the day and will also function as a cash bar once their two drink tickets are used.
- Food options are available at various concession stands & food trucks on the tournament grounds
- Chamber attendees are free to use the event tent as a place to gather and network throughout the day and can also walk the grounds to watch golf, follow their favorite players, check out the Fan Zone, etc.
- Par 3 Showdown starts on Hole 17 at 6:00 PM, followed by parachute jumpers at 6:30 PM
- Concert @17 presented by Soaring Eagle - 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM features The Wildflowers, America’s #1 Tom Petty Tribute
- Event Tent Location
- The Event Tent where attendees will check in to receive their wristband is located along the fairway on Hole 18. I have attached a course map with a red arrow pointing the path from the shuttle bus drop off to the Event Tent. We will have identification signage for the Chamber Tailgate at the entrance to the Event Tent.
- Parking
- Our public parking area is located at Grand Blanc High School (11920 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI 48439). Shuttles will be running to take your members from the parking lot to the course and back between 8:30 AM and 10 PM. The price of parking is set by GBHS and may vary. Proceeds from parking go to support the Grand Blanc school system.
