PraiseMoves (A Christian Alternative to Yoga)
PraiseMoves is a Christian Alternative to Yoga. We do stretching and flexibility exercises while mediating on the Word of God. Please bring a mat, dress in layers and a towel. Be prepared to renew your spirit, soul and body and bring healing to every cell of your being.
